Agency wins contract for tallest flats scheme in Birmingham

A Birmingham-based residential and commercial property agency has been appointed to manage what will be the city’s tallest new apartment scheme.KWB has won the contract for Regal Property Group’s The Bank development which will include two towers of 33 storeys and 21 storeys.The company’s residential property management team will manage the new 417-apartment scheme currently under construction just off Birmingham’s Broad Street, close to its junction with Sheepcote Street.Tower One, the first phase, contains 189 studio, one and two-bedroom flats in a 21 storey building which was completed in June.Tower Two, comprising 217 apartments in the 33 storey building, is expected to be ready for occupation in December 2019.KWB will provide all building management services for The Bank, including a concierge, safety and security services, management of the common spaces, grounds and gym, as well as service charge collection and liaison with the apartments’ occupiers and owners.Regal Property Group is based in Henley-in-Arden, Warwickshire.Knight Frank is the selling agent for The Bank, and 95 per cent of Tower One has already sold.
