Plans for job-creating industrial development revealed
Multimillion-pound plans for a major industrial and warehouse development in Wolverhampton, which could create up to 250 jobs, have been unveiled.Commercial property company Stoford Developments and Bridges Fund Management have submitted plans for four units at Pantheon Park to the City of Wolverhampton Council.The buildings would have 30,000 sq ft, 59,050 sq ft, 68,830 sq ft and 82,850 sq ft respectfully on the 18-acre site in Wednesfield Way.If planning permission is granted, work would start in January and completed in the third quarter of 2019.The scheme comes after planning permission was granted in July for a new Arnold Clark showroom at Pantheon Park.The remediation work has been supported by a loan of more than £2m by the Black Country LEP.
