The subject of the contract is the supply of specialist equipment to the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences.
The Contractor shall be obliged to:
training of the Ordering Party’s employees in the use of the delivered equipment – in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to the ToR,
transport of equipment delivered to the contracting authority’s buildings in the city of Kielce,
to bring the supplied equipment to the premises designated by the contracting authority,
installation, adaptation, configuration and commissioning of the supplied equipment,
providing warranty service during the warranty period at the hardware installation site, under the terms set forth in the agreement and warranty card.
