£290m housing refurb and repair framework winners

Procurement body Fusion21 has named 37 firms for frameworks to support housing associations and local authorities with a wide range of reactive maintenance works.Twenty-four firms have been named preferred partners for the Reactive Repairs & Maintenance Framework, with 20 selected for the Empty Buildings Refurbishment Framework panel.Peter Francis, Director of Operations at Fusion21 said the selected firms offered a comprehensive range of services for all general building trades.This included out-of-hours reactive emergency repairs, major void improvements, call handling services on a 24/7or out-of-hours basis.
