Acorn Property Group enters £40m housing JV
Acorn Property Group has entered a £40m joint venture (JV) with London and Country to build homes on a 10.3 acre derelict industrial site in Somerset.The 167-home scheme for Frome is made up of two, three and four-bedroom houses with affordable housing, starter homes and 4,500 sq ft of retail space.Outline planning has already been awarded with a reserved matters application to be submitted shortly.Acorn will undertake the building work using its direct construction arm AH Construction Solutions Ltd.
