Non-exclusive framework agreement for the supply to NHS Supply Chain depots via the stock route of Polymer products including black domestic waste bags, soluble laundry bags, perforated bags, resealable bags and specimen bags, PEVA body bags, alginate stitch laundry bags, printed white, clear and coloured bags and specialist items. This Framework Agreement is for 2 years with the option to extend in incremental stages for up to a total period of 48 months. NHS Supply Chain anticipates re-opening competition on the date that is twelve months from the Commencement Date for each of Lots 1 to 6 and each of the product lines in Lot 7 (but it shall be under no obligation to re-open competition in such a manner or at all).
