Croydon Council wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the delivery of inpatient/residential and structured day programme treatment for substance misuse. The Framework will consist of 6 lots;
– Lot 1 – Medically Assisted Inpatient Detoxification – planned.
– Lot 2 – Medically Assisted Inpatient Detoxification – urgent, crisis, stabilisation.
– Lot 3 – Residential and Quasi-Residential Rehabilitation.
– Lot 4 – Specialist Residential Rehabilitation.
– Lot 5 – Medically Assisted Inpatient Detoxification and Residential Rehabilitation at the same location.
– Lot 6 – Structured Day Programmes. Within one hour’s travel from Croydon.
Tenderers can apply for 1 or more Lots. The Services are to be provided in line with the Service Specification. Volumes shall not be guaranteed or warranted by the Council.
It is envisaged the Framework would commence in October 2017. The initial term of the framework is two (2) years with the option to extend up to a further two (2) years.
