United Kingdom-Blackpool: Social work services without accommodation – Framework Lead
The current contract for Social work services without accommodation – Framework Lead is projected to end on 25-OCT-19 and may be available for retender. Provide Peace of Mind and Care at Home for Adults Living within Extra Care Schemes.
Blackpool Council works in partnership with Great Places Housing Association to provide two Extra Care Housing Schemes in Blackpool: Tulloch Court, Cherry Tree Road and Elk View Court, Ashfield Road. Great Places is the Landlord and Blackpool Council commissions the care provision within these schemes. Both schemes have self-contained rental apartments and communal facilities.
Blackpool Council’s contract with the current provider is coming to an end and we wish to appoint a care provider to provide 210 hour of care per week at each scheme and a nightly sleep in at each scheme. Both background care (Peace of Mind) and commissioned care will be provided within the 210 hours.
