Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is one of the UK’s leading academic health care organisations it is situated to South of the City on an existing 72 acre bio medical campus which is expected to grow to 142 acres with Papworth Hospital and other NHS and research developments due to take place over the life of this contract which could provide opportunities for the successful service provider to increase their commercial presence during the life of the contract.
This contract covers 3 key areas of responsibility.
1) The provision of a high quality 24/7 Security Service including Campus CCTV, alarm monitoring, provision of physical security patrols and incident management.
2) The provision of a high quality traffic management service including traffic control and enforcement, cash collection and park management.
3) The Management and operation of the Access ID centre including ID and access system management lost property and travel service.
