Plans lodged for residential scheme overlooking River Don
Detailed proposals for a residential build to rent scheme at Sheffield’s Wicker Island have been submitted.The proposed development, designed by Whittam Cox Architects on behalf of developers Brickland, will comprise three interconnected blocks that will incorporate 268 apartments with commercial space, parking and residents amenity fronting onto the River Don.Located on the northern city gateway, the scheme is a response to the conservation area and the listed buildings opposite the site and to the new developments across the River Don.
