United Kingdom-Ashford: Building and facilities management services – Framework Lead

The current contract for Building and facilities management services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 15-NOV-19 and may be available for retender. Property Management with Facility Management Services.
This is an invitation to pre-qualify for a contract for the provision of property management together with facility management services in respect of a Council owned office block (total office floor space of 79,290 sq. ft) located in the Ashford Commercial Quarter. This will include rent and service charge collection, service charge management and facilities management. A detailed specification for the services provision with be made available at ITT.
In addition to this there is the potential for the inclusion of an additional requirement to manage a retail centre comprising 100 sq. ft 40 units which may come on line within the next 12 months.
Further similar accommodation and units maybe added during the contract period.
