Pipeline Framework: Soft Market Test relating to ‘Waterless Urinals and Dual Flush toilets

A pipeline has been launched for Soft Market Test relating to ‘Waterless Urinals and Dual Flush toilets.The contract start Date is 01 December 2018. Approach to market date is 02 January 2019.Herefordshire Council (HC) are exploring the feasibility of installing waterless urinals to generate financial savings and to make carbon savings. Before entering into a formal procurement process we are seeking information to allow us to scope the project effectively and establish which companies may be interested in any upcoming procurement exercises. Responses will be treated as confidential and will not be taken into consideration during the tendering process for these services. Please note this is a soft market test and not a tender.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
