The current contract for Confectionery – Framework Lead is projected to end on 22-NOV-19 and may be available for retender. CONF2015 – Supply and Distribution of Confectionery, Snacks, Soft Drinks, Cakes and Ancillary Products.

A two stage procurement process will be carried out and suppliers successful at stage 1 (PQQ) will be taken through to tender stage. Please note that due to the recent changes to EU Regulations, both sets of documents are now available however Stage 2 documents are only for information and DO NOT need returning at this stage. You are advised, before starting to complete the PQQ, to familiarise yourself with the PQQ Information document provided.
It is the intention that the scope of commodities to be covered in the agreement will include the following items:

Fruit Juice, Soft Drinks & Mineral Water

Tissues & Toiletries

Cigarettes & Tobacco Goods
and it is envisaged that suppliers will be able to cover the full scope of products for the Lots which they are bidding for.
During the tender process there will be a sampling session at the ITT stage of Lot 2 products only.
