Work starts on £2.5m headquarters
Work has started on a new £2.5m headquarters in Warwick for a construction contractor which has completed projects for the likes of Jaguar Land Rover, Next and Ferrari.Construction on the new base for MCS Group at the Opus 40 site in Haywood Road has begun after planning permission was granted earlier this year.MCS Group staged an official ground-breaking ceremony at the site, attended by managing director Keir Edmonds, group commercial director Alan Shadbolt, and Warwick and Leamington MP Matt Western.Currently based in Claverdon, Warwickshire, the company is building its 8,500 sq ft headquarters and hoping to increase its staff numbers from 55 to 65.
