The current contract for Repair and maintenance services of central heating – Framework Lead is projected to end on 12-DEC-19 and may be available for retender. Maintenance for Public Building Heating, Water Services,Ventilation & Air Conditioning equipment.
The contract is for the routine maintenance and 24 hour call out provision for all the heating, water services, ventilation plant and air conditioning equipment in all of the Employer’s public buildings, approximately 26 in number, which includes offices, museums, theatre and leisure centres. The installed plant comprises boiler plant, calorifiers, heat emitters, pipework distribution systems, simple extract systems, packaged air handling units including heat recovery, split air condition units, chilled water systems, ductwork systems and all associated controls.
