Apartments planned for former hotel site
Plans to build apartments on the former site of a hotel in North Wales are poised to be approved after they were given a recommendation.The site of the former Edelweiss Hotel in Conwy, which was demolished in 2011, could be built up with 31 apartments if the plans are approved by Conwy County Borough Council’s planning committee tomorrow.The application was submitted by John McCall Architects on behalf of Pennaf Housing and consists of 17 one-bed and 14 two-bed apartments.
