Business village secures funding for major extension
A Staffordshire business park, is building an additional 24 office units following a £5.85m finance package from HSBC UK. Dunston Business Village will use part of the finance package – a £1m commercial investment property Loan – to build the new units.The park, which is currently home to more than 65 companies, secured planning consent earlier this year to add an additional 25,000 sq ft of office space.The new buildings will be ready to occupy in early 2019, with many already pre-let.The business park hopes to welcome a further 35 firms to the site in the next two years.
