International Competitive Bidding (ICB) is wanted for a power generation system.
Description
The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) has issued ICB for the implementation of a project for power generation system needed for NATO Response Force (NRF) Headquarters.
It wants the supply of power generation systems including, but not limited to:
skid mounted power generators operating with F54 (diesel) and F34 (jet) fuels, low voltage distribution equipment and cables
host nation power connection kits and ancillary equipment
fuel storage and dispensing systems including inlet cabinets, hoses, fuel reception, filtering and accounting units, bladders, dispensing units and ancillary equipment
camp lighting including perimeter, area, walkway and camp entrance lighting, lighting towers, fire alarm pull stations and ancillary equipment
helipad lighting
packaging and packing plan developed to provide on optimised solution
logistic support package including, but not limited to, documentation, bar coding, spares and tools
engineering, testing, verification and validation as required
training, commissioning and acceptance
project management and reporting
delivery to Taranto in southern Italy
The equipment is wanted for camps which can be rapidly deployed and can accommodate up to 1,800 people. The camps consist of modules and sub-modules which can be easy stored for transportation by military aircraft.
The equipment will be used by military forces for deployment in a wide range of geographic environments and climatic conditions.
