Derbyshire County Council, excluding Derby City are seeking organisations to support a flexible service providing accommodation based support, and emotional and practical support to anyone experiencing domestic violence and abuse living in the County of Derbyshire. This will include male, female and transgender victims with or without children and those living with or separated from the perpetrator. The service is available to all victims regardless of geographical location or tenure and will address the individual needs, arising as a result of domestic violence and abuse, of any victims and children using it. The service will aim to increase the safety and protection of victims of domestic violence and abuse and their families in the County of Derbyshire and to prevent harm, escalation of abuse and to reduce the risk of domestic related homicide.
