It is imperative that prospective suppliers understand that the new command support software will form part of the organisations critical information systems to support emergency response operations.
Cleveland Fire Authority, Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue and Shropshire and Wrekin Fire Authority will be the initial participants in the contract; however inline with the National agenda regarding collaborative working the contract will be open to the whole UK Fire Service once awarded.
