Unanimous approval for 62-homes bid
Unanimous approval has been given to plans to construct 62 homes in Newark.Westleigh Partnerships is behind the bid for the land in Bowbridge Road which was voted through by Newark and Sherwood District Council at a meeting on Tuesday 15 January.The four-acre site used to be occupied by RHP The Bearings and used for commercial industrial use as well as for conferences and training.The two buildings that were on the site have since been demolished.
