United Kingdom-Worcester: Building installation work – Framework Lead

The current contract for Building installation work – Framework Lead is projected to end on 02-FEB-20 and may be available for retender. Regional Maintenance Contractor Framework.
Sanctuary Housing are seeking to establish a framework of contractors to provide responsive maintenance and repairs including voids and planned works covering 29 contract areas across Scotland and England. It is envisaged that there will be 3 Building Contractors and 3 Electrical Contractors in each of the 29 areas, with a Primary and two secondary contractors for each.

Sanctuary will use Construction line and a modified version of PAS91 Pre-Qualification Questionnaire to reduce the administrative burden on suppliers wishing to apply for this opportunity.
