Mixed-use scheme for Bournemouth to be considered by cabinet
Plans to redevelop two car parks located in part of the £265m Lansdown redevelopment scheme in Bournemouth are to be considered by the council’s cabinet.The plans for the site include office accommodation, residential apartments, retail and café spaces, private and re-provided public car parking, and public and private open spaces.According to the council, which is to discuss the proposals behind closed doors in a cabinet meeting on 20th February, the mix of office and residential accommodation will regenerate the area, supporting the new retail and commercial businesses.
