Work to start on Derby apartments
A start date has been announced for a development of more than 200 apartments in Derby.Godwin Developments has finalised a section 106 agreement with the city council regarding The Landmark, a built-to-rent scheme that will comprise 201 homes, a gym, resident’s lounge and concierge service once complete.As part of the deal, the company will contribute towards flood defence, trees and a traffic preservation order.Work is set to start on an 18-month construction schedule for The Landmark in summer 2019.The Landmark is expected to create between ten and 15 jobs once complete, although construction could involve about 900 workers.
