Former bar to be turned into serviced offices
Staton Young Group have bought the former Bar Soba premises in Derby and has revealed plans to transform it into serviced offices.The Old Post Office building on Victoria Street will include 20,000 sq ft of the Cubo serviced office brand.Heather Needham, commercial cirector, said: “Cubo is a new brand which allows us to bring our expertise on serviced offices and expand it into the new modern way of working.
