United Kingdom-Liverpool: Health and social work services – Framework Lead

The current contract for Health and social work services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 29-FEB-20 and may be available for retender. Accommodation Based Services for Women at risk or fleeing Domestic Abuse and Accommodation Based Services for Young Parents and Parents-to-be.
Liverpool City Council is seeking to recommission services for Teenage Parents in need of Supported Housing and Domestic Abuse Refugees for Women (and their children) fleeing domestic abuse. The procurement will be to recommission:
– The accommodation based support services for women with families and single women at risk of domestic abuse (Refuge provision).
– Accommodation support for teenage parents.
– All of the services will continue to be provided within the current accommodations which are provided by RSL’s.
– Accommodation based support services for women fleeing domestic abuse will be delivered in:
1. North Liverpool delivering 10 units,
2. South Liverpool delivering 11 units,
3. Central Liverpool delivering 6 units,
– The Refuge provision in Central Liverpool will deliver a tailored refuge provision to meet the needs of women (and children) from BME communities.
– Accommodation based support services for Teenage parents will be delivered in South Liverpool with a minimum of 5 units.
