Construction on major enterprise park to start in late spring

Work is set to begin on the first phase of a new enterprise park in Herefordshire in the late spring. The project is expected to create up to 1,000 jobs.Herefordshire County Council is working with its development partner, energy and regeneration specialist ENGIE, on the new Ross Enterprise Park which is based in 8.5 acres of land.Works to create the infrastructure will include the construction of site access, internal roads, groundworks, utilities and drainage.The park will be the first project within the council’s Development and Regeneration Programme (DRP) to see works begin on site.The DRP is a partnership between Herefordshire Council, Keepmoat Homes and ENGIE, which will support the council’s economic vision for the county, attract inward investment and create employment sites, new homes and jobs over the next ten to 20 years.
