Green light for next phase of Bury St Edmunds development
Planning permission has been granted for the next stage of a Bury St Edmunds housing development.Bloor Homes has secured approval to build 198 homes at land off Tut Hill, about three miles north-west of the town centre.The homes will form the second phase of Bloor Homes’ Marham Park development, which is part of a wider consortium scheme which will eventually comprise up to 1,070 homes, a local centre, retail and health facilities, and green open space.Bloor is currently building 151 homes in the first phase at Marham Park and is set to start construction work on the next phase in March 2019.
