The current contract for Construction machinery and equipment – Framework Lead is projected to end on 18-MAR-20 and may be available for retender. Contract for Hire of Non Operated Plant and Equipment.
The contract is being procured on behalf of both Durham County Council, Northumberland Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and North Cumbria University Hospital NHS Trust as part of a collaborative joint procurement exercise.
This Contract is for the supply of a wide range of non operated hired plant and equipment to Durham County Council, Northumberland County Council, Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and North Cumbria University Hospital NHS Trust.
The contract will include General Plant and Equipment and Specialist plant and equipment without an operator for use on Highways, Civil Engineering and Building Construction and Maintenance projects. This Contract does not include any operated plant and vehicles or site accommodation and welfare facilities. The expected start date for the contract is 1.4.2016 with an expiry of 31.4.2018. The contract is let with an option to extend for up to a further 2 x 12 months from the actual end date.
