Merger to deliver 1,400 affordable homes
Arcon Housing will join Bolton at Home from April and to deliver homes in the North West.A merger between Acron Housing and Bolton at Home has been announced, set to see the delivery of 1,400 affordable homes across the North West by 2023.The move is said to have been given final Board approval by both organisations, following a period of consultation with tenants and other stakeholders.Bolton at Home manages over 18,000 homes across the borough, investing £19m annually into refurbishing existing housing stock and regeneration programmes, with Arcon currently managing 1,200 homes across Greater Manchester, Cheshire, High Peak and Fylde.
