Latest phase of £100m regeneration project starts
The latest phase of a £100m regeneration project in Derby city centre has started.Construction work is now underway on the next part of the Castleward scheme, Compendium Living’s project with Derby City Council and Homes England.The regeneration specialist is building 42 two and three-bedroom homes, low-rise apartments and duplex-style properties which will be available to purchase in 2020.A total of 12 affordable apartments will also be built as part of this phase of Castleward on behalf of housing association Riverside.
