Estate agency appointed to market North Yorkshire scheme
Caedmon Homes has appointed property consultancy Linley and Simpson to market its new North Yorkshire housing development.The Priory Meadows development at Kirby Hill, near Boroughbridge will be launched by Caedmon, the residential development arm of North Yorkshire-based property company Norstar Real Estate Group, later this month.A total of 34 houses will be built at Priory Meadows in Kirby Hill in the heart of the village. The development will range from two-bed bungalows to five-bed houses and will include 14 affordable homes, which have already bought by Wakefield District Housing (WDH) for more than £1m.Phase One of Priory Meadows will be completed in May, with 12 houses available for occupation, and the whole development is scheduled to be finished by the end of the year.
