Work to begin on Bicester housing project
Work is set to start work on the Kingsmere residential development in Bicester, which will comprise 176 dwellings once complete.Housebuilders Ashberry Homes South Midlands and Bellway Northern Home Counties have joined forces to develop the land as part of the second phase of Kingsmere.Of the 176 homes, 52 will be affordable.Phase 2 of Kingsmere – which was granted planning permission in July 2017 – includes provision for up to 709 homes, two schools, a site for assisted care housing, a convenience store and a park.
