HIMOR backed by £15m facility
Property specialist HIMOR has secured a £15m revolving credit facility which will primarily be used to support the development of Carrington Gateway.The company – which has been backed by Lloyds Bank’s real estate and housing team in Manchester – has secured the boost on a three-year term.Carrington Village is a 277-unit residential development from HIMOR’s sister company, Wainhomes. Located at Future Carrington, it is set to start on site this year.The remainder of the funds will go towards providing working capital to the developer and investor, which also counts the Bradley Hall Trading Estate and Bramhall Village Square within its one million sq ft mixed-use portfolio.
