LHC seeks to establish a framework agreement in respect of the supply and installation of entrance door sets and associated products for public sector housing and non-housing buildings throughout the England on a regionalised basis. The form of framework will be subject to a tender engagement process, commencing with this CN, but is likely to have consideration of the following: 1. The aim of the framework is to provide social landlords and other public sector bodies with a choice of competent manufacturers, to deliver the service on a local basis. 2. SMEs will be actively encouraged to participate, either individually or as part of a consortium or collective bid.
