Framework for the Hire of Operated Vehicles for Snowploughing and General Snow Clearance for Regeneration and Local Services Durham County Council.
Durham County Council is looking to further enhance the winter service by the use of ploughing only contractors in areas which may not have previously been treated this may include rural roads, housing estates, car parks, leisure centres, public buildings etc., and will be carried out on a call out basis by the duty manager. This will include public holidays and out of hours work.
The expected start date for the proposed contract is 1.4.2018 the contract duration is for 2 years with an option to extend up to a further 2 x 12 months.
