Anwyl Homes strikes deal for huge Handforth site
HIMOR has agreed the sale of a 21-acre site in Handforth to Anwyl Homes.The seller has already achieved outline consent for 250 new properties on the plot, with affordable housing set to make up 30 per cent.HIMOR led the transaction on behalf of a private landowner, having acted as land promoter for the area since 2014. It was advised by Gateley Plc and JLL. Shoosmiths acted for Anwyl, while Mills & Reeve and Arcadian Estates represented the landowner.
