You should be able to:
design a new motor vehicle registration plate, including layout, graphics, inventory management features and security features
develop an implementation process for re-registration of current registered vehicles and new vehicle registration
develop a plan and process for periodic re-registration or renewal of vehicle registration
supply an inventory management system for the supply, distribution, storage and disposal of number plates
recommend appropriate Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) technology for tracking the vehicles by the new motor vehicle registration plate
manufacture and supply motor vehicle registration plates to the licensing authority for a period of 5 years.
