Work under way at £8.4m social housing project in south Belfast
A housing association has started an £8.4m project to build 53 homes in south Belfast.Co Tyrone contractor Connolly & Fee has been appointed by Choice housing association for the project in Upper Dunmurry Lane, due to finish in 2021.The Belvedere development for social housing tenants is designed by McGirr Architects and will accommodate 193 people.There will be a combination of two and three-bedroom homes and two-bedroom apartments.It will also include two wheelchair accessible bungalows.
