This tender is to establish a Framework Agreement for Pharmacy Dispensing and Delivery Services, and the delivery of Low and Mid Tech Homecare Services covering a range of therapy areas. The scope of Low Tech Homecare will encompass dispensing, prescription management and the delivery to a patient’s home or other suitable location. This may include supply of ancillaries and collection of waste items. The scope of Mid Tech Homecare will encompass dispensing, prescription management and the delivery to a patient’s home or other suitable location. This may include supply of ancillaries and collection of waste items. Mid Tech will also include an initial nursing service. The therapy areas involved for Low and Mid Tech will encompass oral medication and commercially available syringes and pens for patient injection, which may or may not be cold store items. The duration of the Framework Agreement will be 4 years maximum; a 3 year initial period with a 12 month extension option.
