United Kingdom-Warrington: Gas appliance maintenance services – Framework Lead
The current contract for Gas appliance maintenance services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 23-APR-20 and may be available for retender. Heating Service, Repair Maintenance, Installation and Associated Works.
The expectation of this framework is the provision of heating service, repair maintenance and installation to the PfH members, this will include 24/365 repair maintenance for a PfH members specified property portfolio, inclusive of an out of hours emergency service, annual servicing (commercial and domestic) and system installation. All applicants must hold the necessary qualification to complete works – Gas Safe, MCS, NICEIC, HETAS, OFTEC. The first area encompasses Service only (1*), Service and Repair Maintenance and Heating Service, Repair Maintenance and Installation (3*) offering the installation rate as a set price through SOR’s, inclusive of visual checks included in the service element for CO and Smoke alarms. The second area covers Service only (1*), and Heating Service, Repair Maintenance and Installation (3*) for commercial boilers. The third area provides a full compliant cover for Heating Service, Repair and maintenance and installation (3* and 5*), this will cover both domestic and commercial properties and is inclusive of visual CO and Smoke detector checks and installation rates for (3*) agreement with the (5*) agreement including the price of a boiler replacement over the lifespan of the contract specified by the PfH member at tender stage.
