Approval for major industrial and logistics park
Approval has been given for a 310,000 sq ft industrial and logistics park in Northamptonshire.The go-ahead has been granted to St Modwen for the development located at the northern end of Stanton Cross, Wellingborough.The news represents the first milestone for the planned 1.5 million sq ft of commercial development at the site.The first phase of commercial space, to be called Stanton Industrial Park, will include three separate buildings of between 44,000 sq ft and 172,000 sq ft.Stanton Cross is Bovis Homes’ 837-acre extension to Wellingborough that includes 3,650 new homes and will provide employment space delivering up to 3,000 new jobs.
