This is a Closed Framework Agreement and is for a multi owned non-exclusive contract for mortuary and post mortem services for a deceased person that has died either a violent or unnatural death, or has died a sudden death of which the cause is unknown and whose body is therefore in the custody of the coroner. Central Bedfordshire Council, as the relevant (lead) authority for the Bedfordshire and Luton Area invite the relevant providers from a trust offering mortuary and post mortems services to the Coroner / local authority to bid for the services included within this closed framework agreement.
