The Northern Ireland Housing Executive has a requirement to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply and delivery of Doors supplies and materials to be used in the maintenance of Housing Executive housing stock. The Framework will have a maximum duration of 2 years. The Housing Executive intends, but does not guarantee, to hold several mini competitions throughout the duration of the framework both annually and on an ad-hoc basis. The duration of the call off Contracts will be confirmed when the mini competition is held. Further mini competitions may be held approximately 10 months following award of the initial call off contract and again 1 year and 10 months later.
