Work to start of 300-home scheme
Work is set to start on a new 300-home development in North Yorkshire.Planning permission for the scheme at York Road, off the A59, has already been obtained by Linden Homes West Yorkshire.Initial infrastructure works are due to start imminently, with the first of the new two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom properties due for completion in September 2020. The development will also include areas of open space and landscaping.Linden Homes already has a number of developments in North Yorkshire, including sites in Harrogate, Killinghall, Tockwith and Thirsk.
