Pipeline Framework: Housing Support Service for Ex-Offenders

A pipeline has been launched for Housing Support Service for Ex-Offenders.The contract start Date is 01 April 2020. Approach to market date is 30 September 2019.The Staffordshire Commissioner on behalf of co-commissioning partners in Staffordshire seeks to commission a county-wide housing-related support service for adult ex-offenders who are experiencing homelessness/housing need and are in need of support in maintaining their accommodation in the community.The support provided aims to help service users to work towards independence and to successfully maintain their accommodation with a view to supporting individuals to establish stable lifestyles in the community away from crime and to avoid the risk of further offending.Further detail will be made available when the advertisement is published in the OJEU, and in the forthcoming ITT pack.It is currently anticipated that notice will be published late July 2019.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
