HealthTrust Europe is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply and delivery of ESR (Electronic Staff Record) Compatible Payroll Management Services.
This Framework Agreement will cover the supply of ESR compatible Fully Managed, Blended and Bureau Payroll Services. The scope includes software development, software, consultation and advice, BACS service, hosted Payroll, helpdesk solutions, HMRC reporting, temporary and permanent employees, security, fully managed services and any other product/service associated with Payroll.
The duration of the Framework will be 4 years maximum; 3 years initial period, with the option to extend for 12 months.
