Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (GEM CSU) on behalf of NHS England Essex Area Team is inviting suitably qualified providers to tender for the provision of a Child Health Information Service (CHIS) across Essex.
A single service provider is required for a contract period of 5 years with an option to extend for a further 12 months.
