Plan submitted for 930-home development as part of Cranbrook expansion
A major development of up to 930 new homes in Cranbrook has moved a step closer, after an outline planning application was submitted for land at Bluehayes.The plan will also see a primary school, sports facililties, allotments and other amenities on the site between the existing Cranbrook development and Broadclyst Station. It will also include an area to be used by businesses and the community.The outline application does not go into detail. It is a request for East Devon District Council to approve the proposals in principle so that they can be progressed further.
