Prenton residential scheme set for approval
Plans to demolish a vacant pub in Prenton and build a residential scheme in its place look set to move ahead.Proposed by Onward Homes is bringing down The Dell and building a four-storey apartment block containing 28 flats.A petition comprising 112 signatures objecting to the scheme has been signed. Concerns have been raised regarding the type of housing, highway safety and access problems, and the impact of a four-storey building onto neighbouring properties.
